Meditation

Inner Sanctum
Inner Sanctum is a sanctuary offering
presentations, classes, services and tools
for wellbeing and growth.
About Lisa Guyman
Author, Speaker, Meditation
Instructor,
Reiki Master/Teacher, Life Coach,, B.
A. Psychology
I moved to Colorado in 1997 to start a holistic
practice and soon after began offering Reiki and life
coaching. I then became certified as a Primordial
Sound Meditation instructor through The Chopra
Center. I’ve had a passion for meditation since I was
16 so it was only natural that one day I’d share my
enthusiasm with others through classes and talks on
meditation.
It is through these avenues that I support people in
realizing their potential, enjoying life more and in reawakening
to all that they are.
My guided meditation CD:
Journey into Meditation: Guided Meditations
for Healing, Insight and Manifestation - $16.00
and my Book:
A Guide to Getting it: Sacred Healing, $14.95
are available at www.inner-sanctum.com
and by phone: 303.861.2280.
Living by Design
Do you, like many others, get sidetracked by daily
life, thinking: I’ll do that ‘someday,’ but time just
clicks by?
Sometimes all it takes is that extra support and a
accountability for us to move more solidly and
effectively towards our vision. Goals included in
this vision may be: living a balanced life, getting a
business off the ground, achieving some long-held
goals, working on that book or making a new start!
We can live by design. I mix coaching, consulting
and mentoring and we work with powerful ideas,
tools and processes to facilitate the realization of
your goals.
We form a powerful alliance and I support you in
living a life you love and bringing that elusive
‘someday’ into the present.
One session - $70.
Package of 4 sessions - $250.
Talks & Presentations
Do you need a speaker for your group, organization
or event? Would you like to learn about and
experience meditation—this is for you! What participants
get out of this:
- The ability to practice a simple form of meditation.
- An understanding of the power, benefits and
value of meditation.
- Clarity on what meditation is and isn’t (i.e.
meditation doesn’t require that we empty our
minds of thoughts, it isn’t hard, etc.)
- An experience of guided meditation and an
introduction to Primordial Sound Meditation.
This presentation can be tailored to run from
25-90 minutes. Call for bookings or for more
information.
Alternatively, a complete course in Primordial
Sound Meditation can be held for your employees
and /or associates.
Primordial Sound Meditation
(as introduced by Deepak Chopra)
“If you were to ask me what was the most important
experience of my life, I would say it was learning to
meditate. For me, that is the most important thing a person
can do to restore harmony and evolve to a higher state of
consciousness." -- Deepak Chopra, M.D
You can learn to meditate easily and effortlessly! You
can enjoy greater happiness, success and wellbeing
while experiencing less stress and struggle.
Primordial Sound Meditation, as revived by Deepak
Chopra, is an easy to practice and profound technique of
meditation that is just taught by certified Chopra Center
instructors.
Contrary to popular belief, meditation doesn't require
that you force your mind to be quiet, but rather it allows
you to effortlessly find the quiet and peace that is
already there.
In this course you’ll get clear and thorough instruction
in meditation along with a personal mantra calculated
specifically for you by The Chopra Center according to
your time and place of birth. You’ll also learn how to
effortlessly meditate and learn how to easily integrate
meditation into your life.
Course Fee: $297
Call Lisa or visit www.inner-sanctum.com for class dates.
One-on-One instruction $367 (if you have a friend join
you for a private class then the fee is $307 each)
Course fees include the $70 Chopra Center
mantra/materials fees.
“By reducing stress and fatigue, meditation enables you
to connect with your higher self—where energy,
creativity, and inner awareness are your natural states
of being." - Deepak
